Our Services
During the season on the average we experience the following:

- The Museum is open during the Women’s Club Tour of Homes and has been listed as a stop on the tour.
- We host several groups off-season.
- Our Gift Shop generates revenue and offers unique gifts.
- We print a calendar each year; (projects in the past have included the re-printing of a 1929 cookbook and publishing a book of vintage pictures depicting the history of Lakeside).
- The Archivist accessions and catalogs 550 different items into our collection.
- We obtain fifty to sixty patron-donated materials.
- Approximately 550 to 600 requests for information are received either in person, via the telephone, email or US Mail.
- Many patrons research cottages and buildings, while others study people and groups.
Help us grow and meet our objectives so our memories can be preserved for the future. Today's experiences become tomorrow's history.
